Master 3A

The 3A Master aims to train senior professionals to be able to innovate and support the transition of agricultural systems through high-level training in life sciences, technical sciences and human sciences. It welcomes international students and continuing education students who plan to develop an international career in the fields of agricultural production, resource management, agricultural and rural development.

The curriculum covers two academic years (M1 and M2). The training is divided into nine Master's specializations (M2, second year), some of which are in partnership with AgroParisTech and Institute Agro Rennes. First year courses (M1) are the same for all specializations.

Magali Jouven is president of the 3A Master's committee.

M2 Livestock Systems specialization

The Livestock Systems program aims to train managers and researchers involved in ecological intensification and the development of livestock farming to develop innovative responses to issues related to livestock and farm management, the use of space, and the operations of animal product sectors.

The specialization provides biological, technical and socio-economic knowledge on livestock farming under different conditions, ranging from intensive livestock farming in integrated sectors to mobile pastoral systems. It also trains students in methods for approaching livestock farming, with particular emphasis placed on the systemic approach, combining scales of analysis, field data collection and modelling.

Some of the courses are shared with the Livestock Systems engineering option.

Magali Jouven is in charge of the M2 Livestock Systems specialization.
