Peeking into the goat milk business
This video shows how the goat milk market is organized in Java. It underlines the role of milk processing enterprises that are the main actors of the value chain. The pictures and figures come from a survey conducted in the Sleman District, Yogyakarta Special Province, Java Island, Indonesia in 2016. A processing enterprise is analyzed : it buys 250 to 300 liters per day and process it into sweet powder milk.
