Short continuing education courses

UMR Selmet organizes or intervenes in training modules open every year to continuing education students. It also organizes customized training programs in its specific areas of expertise.

UMR SELMET is responsible for several modular training courses (engineer or Master), open to continuing education students:

Livestock systems in the world: dynamics and analysis tools
Pastoralism
Data management applied to epidemiological surveillance
Information systems applied to epidemiological surveillance

UMR Selmet also provides or participates in short training courses specifically designed for continuing education, such as:

Rami Pastoral, a serious game to share, discuss and adapt pastoral practices
Animal movement: Livestock, Animal health, Emerging diseases

These training modules are available through the continuing education departments at:

Institut Agro Montpellier for candidates working or looking for a job in Europe/countries in the global North
CIRAD, for candidates from countries in the global South
